Cricket Pathway For Girls

Women and Girls cricket is the fastest growing sport in the UK. and this is certainly true in Herefordshire. We talent ID in all our schools-based programmes and festivals. We also work closely with our clubs to ensure the promotion of our best female players into our county age group squads. 

We have county age group squads at U11s, U13s and U15s, all of whom will take part in winter training beginning in January at Hereford Cathedral School Each squad has a minimum of 6 summer fixtures as well as intra-squad training games where our girls are challenged against their performances and are provided with sports mentoring, tactical and mental coaching.
