Lady Hawkins' School win Lady Taverners U13 Indoor Cricket Finals

Five teams from four secondary schools took part in the Lady Taverners U13s Indoor Cricket finals on Tuesday at Bridge St sports centre, Leominster.

Bishops, Whitecross, Lady Hawkins'School and two teams from the Hereford Cathedral School played some excellent cricket showing a noticeable improvement in their skills as they progressed through the day. Congratulations to Lady Hawkins who were unbeaten and were crowned "County Champions". Their closest match came from the eventual runners up, Hereford Cathedral School against whom they beat by two runs.

Good luck to Lady Hawkins' School at the regional finals being held at Edgbaston on Monday 29 April.

The U15 finals are being held on Tuesday 2 April and are between, Hereford Cathedral School, Bishops, Aylestone, Whitecross and Lady Hawkins.
