Job Vacancies - Herefordshire Cricket

1. Pathway and Coaching Officer – full time
2. Clubs and Schools Officer – full time
3. Women & Girls Officer – part time
4. Pathway Administrator – part time

Herefordshire Cricket is looking to recruit a range of staff to deliver the Cricket Plan 2020 – 2024 this is in line with a new local strategy, which will align closely with ECB’s Inspiring Generations strategy. This will focus on inspiring a new generation to play, watch and engage with cricket.

Underpinning the production of this strategy has been collaboration across all different cricket authorities and organisations that exist across the county. With this in mind, both Herefordshire Cricket Limited (the Board) and Herefordshire County Cricket Club, as the two largest organisations in the county, are joining together to form one overarching Herefordshire Cricket organisation, which will comprise of two operational strands as follows:

1. Cricket in the Community
2. Herefordshire CCC Talent Pathway

These roles will be integral to growing the game and developing local talent under the direction and guidance of the Herefordshire Operations Director.
